This Privacy Policy explains how Krovacfgs (“Krovacfgs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, access, use, retain, disclose, and protect information when you visit our storefront or purchase, download, activate, access, or use our Apex Legends configuration files, digital products, licenses, setup resources, support channels, or community spaces.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Krovacfgs Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of This Policy
By completing checkout, selecting an acknowledgment checkbox, submitting payment, purchasing a product, receiving or activating a license, downloading a product, contacting support, or otherwise accessing our products or services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
The Krovacfgs Terms of Service and Refund Policy should be reviewed together with this Privacy Policy.
Third-party services used by Krovacfgs may also process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
2. Information We May Collect or Access
The information collected or accessed depends on how you interact with Krovacfgs and which third-party services are involved.
Account and Contact Information
We may collect or access:

Discord usernames;
Discord user IDs;
Customer or account identifiers;
Storefront usernames;
Support usernames;
Contact information voluntarily provided by you; and
Information used to associate an order with a customer.
Order and Transaction Information
We may collect or access:
Product purchased;
Selected license duration;
Order number;
Transaction identifier;
Purchase date and time;
Price and currency;
Payment status;
Payment method category;
Refund status;
Dispute or chargeback status;
Delivery status;
Fraud indicators; and
Limited payment-related information provided by a payment processor.
Complete payment-card numbers, bank credentials, wallet credentials, or payment passwords may be collected directly by a third-party processor rather than by Krovacfgs.
You should never submit cryptocurrency private keys, wallet seed phrases, passwords, or complete payment credentials to Krovacfgs support.
License and Product Information
Krovacfgs or KeyAuth may collect, process, or make available:
License keys;
License status;
License duration;
Activation history;
Authentication history;
Product, configuration, or preset version;
Account associations;
Device associations;
Device-reset history;
Login timestamps;
Subscription or license-expiration information;
Suspension or revocation records; and
Records of suspected license sharing or abuse.
Device and Technical Information
Where relevant to licensing, authentication, security, compatibility troubleshooting, delivery, or fraud prevention, Krovacfgs or its providers may collect or process:
IP addresses;
Hardware identifiers;
HWID or device-identification values;
Device names;
Operating-system, platform, and input-device information;
Browser or application characteristics;
Product, configuration, software, game, and platform versions;
Approximate location derived from an IP address;
Authentication dates and times;
Login and activation records;
Crash, compatibility, or configuration-error information;
Diagnostic information;
Error logs;
Network information;
Access records;
Security events; and
Information indicating suspicious, shared, automated, unauthorized, or policy-evading activity.
Authorized Krovacfgs staff may access information made available through the KeyAuth dashboard for licensing, support, security, fraud prevention, enforcement, and investigation of unauthorized sharing or circumvention.
Support and Communication Information
We may collect information submitted through:
Discord;
Support tickets;
Emails forwarded through a provider;
Storefront messages;
Forms;
Screenshots;
Videos;
Diagnostic files;
Error reports; and
Other communications voluntarily provided by you.
Support conversations may be reviewed and retained to resolve issues, verify orders, prevent abuse, and enforce applicable policies.
Do not submit unrelated sensitive information.
3. Information Collected by Third Parties
Krovacfgs uses third-party providers that may independently collect or process information.
These providers may include:
SellAuth for storefront, checkout, order processing, delivery, and payment integrations;
Stripe for eligible payment processing;
KeyAuth for license generation, authentication, device controls, security, and abuse prevention;
Discord for support and community communications;
Cryptocurrency processors, wallet services, or blockchain networks;
Hosting and infrastructure providers; and
Fraud-prevention or security services.
A provider may process information directly from you without Krovacfgs receiving every piece of information collected.
Third-party providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, retention practices, and legal obligations.
Krovacfgs does not control all independent third-party data practices.
Krovacfgs is an independent third-party provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Electronic Arts Inc., Respawn Entertainment, or Apex Legends. Apex Legends and related names, marks, and assets are the property of their respective owners.
4. Sources of Information
Krovacfgs may receive information:
Directly from you;
Automatically from a product, download, authentication, or licensing system;
From SellAuth;
From Stripe;
From KeyAuth;
From Discord;
From a cryptocurrency payment provider;
From a blockchain or transaction record;
From hosting, authentication, or security providers;
From payment-dispute records; and
From reports concerning fraud, cracking, unauthorized distribution, infringement, or abuse.
5. How Information Is Used
Krovacfgs may use information to:
Process and verify purchases;
Deliver configuration files, presets, licenses, setup materials, and other digital products;
Generate and administer licenses;
Authenticate users and devices;
Determine license duration and expiration;
Provide support;
Troubleshoot errors;
Verify ownership of an order or license;
Perform device or license resets;
Prevent unauthorized license sharing;
Detect cracking, tampering, reverse engineering, or circumvention;
Detect suspicious activations or account access;
Prevent fraud and payment abuse;
Investigate violations of the Terms of Service;
Restrict devices or accounts;
Suspend or revoke licenses;
Enforce bans and prevent ban evasion;
Respond to chargebacks and payment disputes;
Preserve evidence concerning delivery or acceptance;
Protect products, systems, staff, customers, and providers;
Improve product compatibility, reliability, security, setup documentation, and customer support;
Comply with legal obligations;
Respond to valid legal process; and
Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
6. Hardware Identifiers and License Controls
Certain Krovacfgs products may use KeyAuth or another licensing provider to associate a license, configuration package, or download entitlement with a user, account, or device.
Hardware and device information may be used to:
Enforce device limits;
Associate a license with an authorized device;
Prevent unauthorized sharing;
Detect suspicious activations;
Enforce reset or transfer limits;
Protect against cracking or circumvention;
Investigate ban evasion; and
Maintain product and service security.
Where reasonably available through the applicable technology, identifiers may be hashed, transformed, shortened, or otherwise processed rather than stored in directly readable form.
Krovacfgs does not promise that every identifier is anonymized or irreversibly hashed unless that is actually true of the applicable provider and implementation.
Attempting to spoof, manipulate, hide, or evade device identification may result in enforcement under the Terms of Service.
7. Payment Processing
Payment information may be processed through Stripe, SellAuth integrations, cryptocurrency providers, or another payment service.
Krovacfgs generally does not need to receive complete payment-card numbers, bank login credentials, cryptocurrency private keys, or wallet seed phrases.
Payment processors may provide Krovacfgs with:
Transaction identifiers;
Payment status;
Limited payment-method details;
Billing country or general location;
Fraud indicators;
Dispute information;
Refund information; and
Other information reasonably required to administer the transaction.
Customers should review the privacy policy of the payment method or provider they choose.
8. Cryptocurrency Information
Cryptocurrency payments may create public or semi-public blockchain records.
Depending on the payment method, information may include:
Wallet addresses;
Transaction hashes;
Network information;
Transaction amounts;
Confirmation status; and
Dates and times.
Blockchain records may be permanent and may not be controlled or deleted by Krovacfgs.
Do not send funds from a wallet or account you are not authorized to use.
9. How Information May Be Shared
Krovacfgs does not sell personal information for money.
Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:
Process payments;
Deliver configuration files, presets, licenses, setup materials, and other digital products;
Generate and authenticate licenses;
Operate the storefront;
Host products or services;
Provide support;
Prevent fraud, cracking, abuse, or unauthorized sharing;
Investigate policy violations;
Respond to payment disputes;
Enforce bans;
Obtain legal, accounting, technical, or security assistance;
Comply with applicable law, court orders, or valid legal process;
Protect Krovacfgs, its providers, customers, or another person; or
Transfer relevant operations or assets as part of a future sale or restructuring.
Recipients may include SellAuth, Stripe, KeyAuth, Discord, cryptocurrency providers, hosting providers, fraud-prevention services, professional advisers, or lawful authorities.
Krovacfgs may also submit relevant acceptance, payment, delivery, activation, device, and communication records when responding to a chargeback or fraud investigation.
10. Data Retention
Krovacfgs may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including:
Providing products and support;
Maintaining active licenses;
Verifying purchases;
Preventing repeated fraud or abuse;
Preventing license sharing;
Enforcing bans;
Responding to chargebacks;
Meeting tax, accounting, or legal obligations;
Resolving disputes; and
Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
Different information may be kept for different periods.
Examples include:
Transaction records retained for payment, accounting, fraud, and dispute purposes;
License records retained while a license is active and for a reasonable period afterward;
Support records retained while relevant to a customer issue or policy violation;
Authentication and security logs retained based on operational and security needs;
Enforcement records retained where reasonably necessary to prevent repeated cracking, key sharing, ban evasion, fraud, or abuse; and
Blockchain records retained permanently by the applicable blockchain.
Krovacfgs may delete, anonymize, aggregate, isolate, or restrict information when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to technical and legal limitations.
Third-party providers may use different retention periods.
11. Data Security
Krovacfgs takes reasonable steps appropriate to the nature of the information it controls or can access.
Measures may include:
Account authentication;
Access restrictions;
Limited staff access;
Security logging;
Provider security controls;
Encryption or hashing where available;
Backups;
Fraud monitoring; and
License and device controls.
No online system can guarantee complete security.
Krovacfgs cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, or provider compromise will never occur.
You are responsible for securing your own:
Email account;
Discord account;
Device;
Passwords;
License keys;
Payment accounts;
Cryptocurrency wallet; and
Login credentials.
12. Security Incidents
If Krovacfgs becomes aware of a security incident involving information under its control, Krovacfgs may investigate, contain, document, and remediate the incident.
Krovacfgs will provide notices to affected people or authorities when legally required.
Krovacfgs may temporarily restrict accounts, devices, licenses, or services while investigating a security incident.
13. Automated Security and Enforcement Signals
Krovacfgs and its providers may use automated indicators to identify:
Suspicious payments;
Shared licenses;
Unusual activations;
Device manipulation;
Tampering;
Cracking attempts;
Ban evasion;
Unauthorized access; or
Other suspicious activity.
Automated indicators may result in temporary restrictions, license suspension, or further review.
A security restriction does not necessarily mean a final determination has been made.
Where required by applicable law, a person may request appropriate review through an official support channel.
14. Privacy Requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning personal information, which may include rights to:
Request access;
Request correction;
Request deletion;
Request information about categories of information processed;
Object to or restrict certain processing; or
Appeal certain privacy decisions.
These rights may be subject to exceptions.
For example, Krovacfgs may retain information reasonably needed to:
Complete a transaction;
Maintain an active license;
Protect security;
Prevent fraud;
Prevent cracking or ban evasion;
Respond to payment disputes;
Comply with law; or
Establish or defend legal claims.
Krovacfgs may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of the person submitting a request.
Privacy requests must be submitted through an official support channel linked or identified on the Krovacfgs storefront, checkout page, product page, purchase page, receipt, or official community.
Krovacfgs’s primary support channel may be provided through its official Discord community.
15. Children’s Privacy and Minimum Age
Krovacfgs’s products and services are intended only for people who are at least 18 years old.
They are not directed to children under 13, and Krovacfgs does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If Krovacfgs learns that information was collected from a child under 13 in violation of applicable law, Krovacfgs may suspend the associated license or account and take reasonable steps to delete the information.
Certain information may still be retained where reasonably necessary for:
Legal compliance;
Transaction records;
Fraud prevention;
Security;
Chargeback handling; or
Protection against repeated unauthorized access.
16. International Customers
Krovacfgs sells products to customers in multiple countries.
Information may be processed or stored in the United States or in another country where a provider maintains infrastructure.
Privacy laws and protections may differ between jurisdictions.
Where mandatory law applies to a customer or transaction, Krovacfgs will comply with applicable non-waivable requirements.

The Krovacfgs storefront, product pages, downloads, setup guides, checkout pages, or support channels may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Krovacfgs is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, availability, or practices of independent third parties.
You should review the applicable third-party policies before submitting information or using those services.
18. Policy Enforcement
Information collected under this Privacy Policy may be used to investigate and enforce:
The Terms of Service;
The Refund Policy;
Product-, configuration-, and preset-specific rules;
License restrictions;
Security requirements;
Payment rules; and
Community rules.
This may include comparing order, device, license, payment, activation, download, and support information to identify cracking, unauthorized sharing, fraud, account misuse, or ban evasion.
Krovacfgs will not intentionally disclose confidential enforcement information when doing so would undermine security or enable circumvention.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Krovacfgs may update this Privacy Policy when its products, providers, practices, security requirements, or legal obligations change.
The updated policy will display a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes apply prospectively when posted or on a later stated effective date.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, Krovacfgs will take the steps required by that law.
The version presented at checkout generally describes the practices applicable at the time of the transaction, while later versions may apply to continued product access and information processed after the new version becomes effective.
20. Applicable Law
Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits a privacy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Where this Privacy Policy conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the mandatory law controls.
